LOAD-IN / LOAD-OUT

  • Buffer: 15 min before + 30 min after — free of charge.
  • Overrun: beyond 30 min strike time is charged as 1 full hour.
  • Pre-day setup: NT$ 1,000 / hr if required.

RESCHEDULE / CANCEL

  • Notice: reschedule or cancel 7+ days before booking date.
  • Limit: one reschedule per booking.
  • Breach: second reschedule or no-show forfeits deposit.

What is the minimum booking for the Tri-lsle studio?

4 hours minimum. Stills NT$1,500/hr, motion NT$1,800/hr (ex. VAT). Sub-4 hour bookings — contact us directly.

How big is the white cyc space?

1F white cyc is 13 × 6.8 m with a 7 m seamless wall. 2F features lived-in sets, a professional makeup room and producer office space.

Can I rent in pre-day setup time?

Yes — pre-day setup is charged at NT$ 1,000 / hr.

Is there load-in / load-out buffer time?

We provide a free 15 min pre-booking setup + 30 min post-booking strike. Beyond 30 min, overrun is charged as 1 full hour.

What's the cancellation policy?

Please notify us 7+ days before the booking. One reschedule per booking; second reschedule or no-show forfeits the deposit.

How do I get to Tri-lsle?

No. 2, Ln. 108, Sec. 1, Nanchang Rd., Zhongzheng Dist., Taipei. MRT CKS Memorial Station (Exit 1) or Guting Station (Exit 7) — 5 to 10-minute walk.

Is English spoken on set?
